    MyFuton is a chain of modern, co-living spaces aka PGs (Paying Guest) in Bhiwadi.

  • What is co-living?

    Simply put, co-living is living together with other like-minded individuals. You share the common areas – lobbies, living rooms, kitchens with others. The biggest benefit of co-living is that you get access to all modern equipment and lifestyle appliances, without having to deal with the bills and other responsibilities of your living space.

Booking

  • Can I visit the property before I book it?

    Yes. We highly encourage you to visit the property in person and scrutinize it to your heart’s content, before booking. Give us a call on +91 98999-88185 and we’ll schedule your visit.

  • Can I book the property without visiting?

    Of course! This is why we have detailed pictures of our properties listed on our site. And, the MyFuton promise is – What you see is what you get. You can rest assured that the property will look exactly as what you see on our site.

  • What is the brokerage fee?

    Zero rupees. Yep, we don’t charge any extra fees. All you have to pay is the one-month deposit, and monthly rental and you’re good to go. There are absolutely NO other hidden fees.

  • What is the security deposit?

    Just one month’s rent in advance. That’s it!

  • What is the minimum duration of the stay?

    We would love you to stay with us for as long as you want. The minimum duration is one month. We don’t offer day rentals.

  • Can I pay the security deposit in parts?

    Umm, No! You have to pay the one-month advance rental in full before you start the stay.

  • What is all included in my rental?

    • A fully-furnished room (private or sharing, as per your choice)
    • Use of all common areas – kitchen, bathroom, living room, lobby, lifts, balconies, etc.
    • Maintenance and housekeeping – cleaning of common areas, garbage disposal, lift maintenance
    • UPS and Power backup
    • Internet
    • DTH
    • Security
    • Usage of Refrigerator, Television, Washing machine
    • Water and land bills
    • Basic repairs
  • Do you allow couples to rent rooms?

    Couples are not allowed to stay in same-gender accommodations.

  • Are rooms shared, or are they private rooms?

    You can choose the room that suits your budget and your preferences.

  • Can I bring guests to my rooms?

    Guests are allowed in the common areas, as long as you don’t disturb others.

  • Do you allow pets?

    Umm, sorry no!

  • Do you have curfew times?

    No! You can come in and go as you wish. However, we request you not to disturb your fellow residents, that’s it.

Moving In

  • When can I get the keys to the house and my room?

    As soon as you finish paying the deposit and provide the required documents.

  • What happens if I lose my key?

    We highly recommend that you keep the keys safe, as we don’t have spare keys. If you lose your keys, you’ll have to pay us extra to get a new key made.

  • Will I get a new room?

    All our Co-living places are maintained in perfect condition. We ensure that all amenities are working without any repairs. Though we cannot guarantee a brand new property, we can guarantee you a squeaky, clean room.

  • What documents should I provide?

    We require complete KYC details from our tenants. You can submit copies of any identity proof like Aadhaar, driving license, passport and other documents.

  • Should I know anything else?

    You will be provided with a tenant agreement, which you have to sign before starting your stay. That’s it, we like to keep the process as simple and hassle-free as possible.

Staying

  • How do I know that accommodation is safe?

    We take the safety and security of our tenants very seriously. Building is monitored with CCTV cameras 24 x 7, trained and vetted security guards and a camera installed in a common area.

  • What is all included in my room?

    You get a:

    • Bed with mattress and pillows
    • A table and chair
    • Cupboard (locker inside) with keys
    • Soft furnishings like bed sheets, pillow covers, and curtains
    • Air conditioner, fan, and lights
  • Do you offer drinking water?

    Yes. All our properties have RO filtered water for drinking.

  • How can a resident avail internet services?

    Basic free Wi-Fi is provided to residents to meet their essential data requirement. Residents are requested to avoid heavy data download and opt for personal 4G high speed internet access to meet additional requirements.

  • How do I pay the monthly rent?

    You can transfer it directly to our bank account or pay in cash if you desire.

  • What about the repairs and maintenance of the property?

    You don’t have to worry about it, we’ve got you covered. We have expert handymen and repair professionals, who take care of the upkeep of the property.

Moving Out

  • What is the procedure to move out?

    We hate to see you go. But, we know life happens. And, if you want to move out, we recommend that you send us a month’s notice.

  • Will you refund the security deposit?

    Yes. We will refund it directly to your bank account after making deductions (if any).
