Booking Policies

  • Pay 1-month rent as a security deposit and one month rent to book your stay.
  • KYC – submit the required documents to confirm your stay.

    • c. PAN Card
    • d. Company ID Card copy
  • No long-term contracts.
  • No other hidden fees and charges.

Renting Policies

  • No complications for you and us. Strict rental cycles of 1st to the last day of the month.
  • We recommend that you pay your monthly rents before the 5th of every month to avoid penalties.
  • Rents can be paid online or in cash.
  • Penalties will be charged for late rental payments though we never want to. In case of delay in rental payments, penalty of Rs 200/day will be charged till 11th of every month.
  • Failure of rental payments will lead to mandatory evictions. Mandatory eviction will come into effect on 12th day with 100% forfeit of security deposit.
  • For bed-level bookings, allocation of room shall be at the discretion of MY FUTON. It reserves the right to shift guests with bed-level bookings to other rooms at any time in the same property in case spaces are available.
  • As per the Markets situation, with costs modification we may have to revise our rents. However, we do assure you of our best possible and affordable prices throughout.

House Policies

  • We don’t believe in enforcing stringent house rules and policies. With that said, we urge you to take care of the property just like you would take care of your home.
  • Kindly avoid disturbing other residents.
  • Guests are allowed in the common areas, as long as you don’t disturb others.
  • No pets and no using our properties for commercial activities.

Service Policies

  • We don’t charge extra for housekeeping and regular repair and maintenance work.
  • Electricity charges and cooking gas charges will be levied extra.
  • For food, we have provided all the necessary basic facilities to cook it at the premises. A meal is something which should not be standardized. So, we leave it to you. Meals are not included in the rent. Fair and square!
  • We have 24 x 7 CCTV cameras monitoring the common area. However, we recommend you to take responsibilities for your personal belongings. We are not responsible for any theft.

Moving Out

  • You have to notify us 30 days in advance before moving out.
  • You will be charged rental fees for the 30-day notice period as usual.
  • Your security deposit will be refunded after deducting any pending charges.
